Unique Tissue
Breast tissue is different than
much of the cell tissue in your body in many ways – here are just a couple
-
Breast tissue is made of fat soluble tissue, not the
“watery” tissue of blood and muscle
-
Breasts are not fed by major arteries and veins, as they are
mounted on the outside of the chest wall.
Your breasts are essentially
structures made up of fat and gland, mounted to the chest wall with a
delicate system of ligaments. The circulation in the breast consists of
relatively small arteries and veins; aided by lymphatic vessels. The
lymphatic system is designed to return the toxin and other waste materials
that lie in the intercellular fluids, or between the cells.
For these reasons, the small
toxins you may hear about in exercise classes – lactic acid, unmetabolized
salts, etc., can get “stuck” in breast tissue. (In muscles, these materials
dissolve and diffuse out much more readily.) It is believed by many that
these un-diffused materials can fester and become the source of problems
later. Breasts need your assistance to keep circulation at a healthy level.
It is imperative that these
un-diffused materials be continually removed through the body's veins and
lymphatic vessels. When these toxins are unable to exit the body properly,
the possibility of breast problems and cancer increases. Studies have shown
that restrictive bras which prevent such circulation – especially underwire
bras, greatly increase the risk of breast pathologies. (Read “Dressed to
Kill” by Sydney Ross Singer.) Other studies indicate that the pore clogging
and lymphatic system clogging qualities of aluminum-containing
antiperspirants can be a potential cause of cancers and other pathologies.
Change your size & shape
Many sources, including women’s
magazines, will tell you that you cannot change the size and shape of your
breasts. (They are the ones selling you the toxic bras and unnatural
plastic implants, and making money off of your insecurities!) This is
stupid when you think about it. Certainly you know someone who started on a
birth control pill, and had their breast size change. Furthermore,
something has already happened in your life (i.e. puberty) which changed
your size and shape. Every month the size and shape of your breasts
change as a function of your cycle. So we know in simple ways that
breast size is changeable, now all you have to do is "harness" that energy.
What those magazines tell you
is that there is no muscle tissue in breasts, so you can’t “work out” to
increase chest size. This is true in itself, but it is the right answer to
the wrong question. The changes you seek are not muscular. You want to
change yourself hormonally, strengthen your support ligaments, and most
importantly, change your “energetic self” and the way you feel about
yourself. Once you understand and master it, breast size, shape and quality
can be manipulated substantially in natural ways.
